Bookings are only secured with a 50% booking deposit or otherwise agreed with management.

No-show bookings are liable to pay balance without notification.

Apartments booked with deposit and later cancelled outside of 30 days, the deposit is not refunded. Any bookings cancelled within 30 days pay full balance. Balance's are paid at check in, any credit card given as security and deposit is charged on arrival unless another form payment is agreed. Lost or misplaced keys will be charged €100 per set per apartment. Any lose or damage to apartments will be charged to the credit card given, without prior notice. All rooms are none smoking and a cleaning fee of €150 will be charged. A credit card must be given as security for the length of your stay. Any additional guests will be charged €70 pp pn.
